It's my joy to create warm, cinematic images that feel like home.
From an Elvis impersonator to tearful private vows, a walk down the strip, and a seesaw hidden in the back of a bar… this wedding was one I’ll never forget. Wild in the best way.
Every detail Taylor mentioned in planning their day felt like something I would do. Taylor and Wes were both so excited to let me be creative and work my magic. Meeting and working with them for engagement photos felt like we were already friends. That they wanted to fly me to Vegas for their wedding was epic, and they were having a small incredibly nontraditional wedding with about 20 guests. Add all of this together and you have a hyped up gal with total creative freedom to make magic. I had always wanted to shoot a Vegas wedding and this experience exceeded my expectations. Being at the Little White Chapel with several other couples getting married in varying amounts of seriousness, wildness, style choices, guests, and vibes was just one of the fun parts. Seeing Elvis doing paperwork, walking & dancing our way down Freemont Street, having a first look *inside a casino*, and ending the night with karaoke are some of my favorite parts of the day. I wore a hot pink velvet jumpsuit, shot several rolls of film, made new friends, got to have total creative freedom, and had the absolute time of my life. My first Vegas wedding but definitely not my last!
