Austin + Christy, East Atlanta Emu Farm Elopement

As we all know, COVID-19 has thrown the wedding world for a loop. Many folks have had to completely uproot their weddings and postpone, many have changed to smaller weddings and elopements, and many have had to change their location altogether. Austin and Christy were to be married in Italy this spring, and of course were unable to make that happen. Instead, they found an emu farm in East Atlanta (literally so close to EAV) and did the damn thing. Through their vows I learned that they met on Halloween and I fell in love with their love story. How freakin’ cute?? I hate that their plans changed so dramatically, but I’m glad I got to capture these moments for them. Even if we did get chased by a swan.
