Melissa + John, Brooklyn New York Date Night Engagement Photographer

This session was so much fun! I met up with Melissa + John at a pier in Greenpoint Brooklyn to kickoff their engagement session. We walked around and I had them dance – and they did the cutest little dance towards each other that made me exclaim something along the lines of “y’all know what you’re doing!” to which they let me know this was a ritual they did every day when returning home from work. MELT ME. From there we walked around the neighborhood and pretending to own some brownstones, walked over to a local park and on the way I spotted a brick building I wanted to use for a wide shot, which turned out to be John’s very favorite bar. We ended on a rooftop bar at golden hour, talking about Waffle House, and it was just the most fun time. A wonderful day at work.
