It's my joy to create warm, cinematic images that feel like home.
I am so excited to share this set of images! Not only was this wedding one of my favorite experiences as a photographer, but I felt so lucky to make new friends with Meagan and Shane in the process.
Meagan planned a wedding I shot in June and had also been a boudoir client of mine, so when she mentioned eloping in Washington and wondering if I would do it I may have gotten a little *too* excited.
The day started with breakfast and coffee, a slow ease into the getting ready process. I looooved the cabin they were able to rent out for their elopement. They picked a spot behind the cabin to say their vows and just had Shane’s brother & wife along for the day. The walk down the aisle was just a path they’d carved in the woods. It was magical.
After the ceremony, I got to sign their marriage license as a witness and enjoy a beer with them before we headed out to Mt. Rainier for bridal portraits. Everything about this day was fun and beautiful and I am so glad I got to be a part of it.
